What a reservation is
Submitting the booking form reserves seats on a departure. It is free and no payment is taken online. You pay the operator in euros on the day of the tour.
Prices
All prices on this site are per person in euros and include what the tour page lists under "what's included". Optional extras are listed separately with their real cost and are paid on site.
Children and infants are priced by the age bands shown in the booking form. The age band is set at the time of the tour, not at the time of booking.
Pickup
Hotel pickup is included in the areas named on the tour page. Your exact pickup time depends on where your hotel sits in the route and is confirmed after booking — we do not publish a fixed time we cannot keep for every hotel.
Please be at your hotel's main entrance at the confirmed time. If the vehicle cannot find you there, the departure may leave without you.
Safety and conduct
Guests never drive: every jeep is driven by a professional driver. Follow the driver's and guide's instructions, stay seated while the vehicle is moving, and tell us before departure about back or neck problems, pregnancy or any condition affected by rough tracks.
We may refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour puts other guests at risk. No refund is due in that case.
Changes we may have to make
Routes and stops depend on weather, road conditions and the day's program. Where a stop is optional or conditional, the tour page says so. If we cannot run a departure at all, you may move to another date or cancel at no cost.
Insurance and belongings
Bring only what you need. Phones and cameras get wet on this tour; we are not responsible for water damage to items you choose to carry, or for belongings left in a vehicle.
